Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see more benchmarks across the industry compared to benchmarks for positions within Mazzetti. This will help us see the whole picture as employees.

I think for my level of experience i could get more at other companies but have both a loyalty to the firm as well as the desire to keep with firm/practices/projects that i know.

I feel that my raises for a few years were just above the inflation mark. I do understand that there is a lot that goes in to the raise cycles. At the same time it is harder sometimes to feel accomplished for hard work and longer hours when the raises could not reflect that as well.

I have been making a lot of sacrifices, working 70+ hours a week, and see other people doing less making similar (or more) salaries. I am confident i could make more other places but I love Mazzetti and what we stand for in our industry.

I know that other companies have higher salaries for my position, I see it on LinkedIn a lot. I would feel better about my compensation if bonuses were larger and distributed according to which people/offices had done the most work to earn those bonuses.
