What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a lot of women and I feel supported as a woman and young professional in engineering.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have a lot of technical expertise and a lot of big ideas on winning work for the company.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy getting to work with great people and seeing the company make progress to become a more equitable/progressive engineering firm.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Asking questions and learning new things is encouraged and there are a lot of people willing to sit down and teach you.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know that other companies have higher salaries for my position, I see it on LinkedIn a lot. I would feel better about my compensation if bonuses were larger and distributed according to which people/offices had done the most work to earn those bonuses.
