I love working for Mazzetti. I like the Sextant and B-Corp and Employee owned company. I like the size and project opportunities. A company that is small enough to approach C suite, but big enough to tackle large and complicated projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being creative. doing design. Interacting with project teams and designers. Interacting with end users and clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willing to invest in the company with PPP loan. Willing to look internally at how to approve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Common beliefs and goals. People care about the work. Care about the results and making a difference in the world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a strong connection between the people here at Mazzetti. People feel ownership over the company and that is not something that is easily created. I think this comes from an ownership profile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been making a lot of sacrifices, working 70+ hours a week, and see other people doing less making similar (or more) salaries. I am confident i could make more other places but I love Mazzetti and what we stand for in our industry.
