My experience has been very positive. We have a strong team, decent back-log of work, and generally speaking I don't worry too much about being laid off.

The company has voluntarily provided raises when their research indicates someone is underpaid compared to industry peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be a genuine interest in making our company a place where people would choose to work, and a place that provides meaningful work for our clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that our CEO has an inclusive attitude that tries to get everyone (regardless of their position or geographic location) to share their ideas. In addition, we have a generally flexible work environment, that allows us to better juggle the needs of our daily lives.
