What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate that there is transparency decisions and why the decisions are being made at the top level of the company. Leadership has also done a great job of recognizing a general shift of workflow with respect to hybrid schedules in the pandemic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Walt is one of the most genuine leaders I have ever met. Within my own office, I enjoy seeing all of my coworkers and on days when I have been feeling down, multiple coworkers have reached out to make sure I was doing all right.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that my raises for a few years were just above the inflation mark. I do understand that there is a lot that goes in to the raise cycles. At the same time it is harder sometimes to feel accomplished for hard work and longer hours when the raises could not reflect that as well.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like being able to see that I've made progress on a project at the end of the day. That means a lot to me, because I want to deliver a quality product to whoever has entrusted me to do the work. They trusted me to get the job done and I owe it to repay that trust.
