They are accessible and I can talk with them. They are upfront and honest about what they are working on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People engaging with each other and wanting to make a change for the broader world by reducing our carbon emissions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility of work life balance. Some days there is more work items that need be handled, but some days there are personal life or family items that need to be handled. Being able to work hybrid helps me to do both.
