Mazzetti has been a fantastic place for my early career. As the company grew, I grew and have been able to evolve my role throughout six years. I've had to push for market compensation throughout that time to remain in the same playing field as my peers who have switched jobs in that time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see more benchmarks across the industry compared to benchmarks for positions within Mazzetti. This will help us see the whole picture as employees.
