What is the best part about your compensation package?When I was working there we had an annual bonus, but is now inexistent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Respect for each other's work, real leadership, report directly to Canada as Argentina only corrupts the system and hides information on their benefit, better choosing for new candidates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Envy, jealous, gossip, hipocresy and no trust between teams.
McCain Foods is a producer and seller of frozen French fries and potato specialties. Founded in 1957, the company also offers other food products, including pizza, appetizers, oven meals, ready meals, desserts and vegetables. The company is also engaged in seed production and transportation business activities. It provides its products to retailers, quick service restaurants, supermarket freezers and food service outlets worldwide. The company seeks to acquire businesses through mergers, acquisitions and investments which would help the firm expand and consolidate its presence in the consumer markets.
