Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cause i was unappreciated and lied to
I was promoted to a foreman position given extra duties and responsibilities, however I never seen a raise or title change. My crew is all finding other solar jobs that pay better. I am getting fed up as well. I can run the crew, I operate equipment, I treat others good yet I get empty promises.
