What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's great and I love it

They always fond ways to learn grown and complete tasks
They are very intelligent and helpful
Great leadership great communication overall
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The general foremen and superintendents form their own cliques and seclude their teams.
We need more fellowship and discipline

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cause i was unappreciated and lied to
I was promoted to a foreman position given extra duties and responsibilities, however I never seen a raise or title change. My crew is all finding other solar jobs that pay better. I am getting fed up as well. I can run the crew, I operate equipment, I treat others good yet I get empty promises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers they always ready

They are all easy to get along with
Young eager smart collaberative builders
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Terrible project management in IT, very little to no testing, and the hierarchy is completely ignored.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Meeting my new coworkers on site
They were very technical and good communication

Interacting with my fellow teammates
Compensation and awesome team members
Being productive and being able to joke around with some of my crew members makes the day go by quickly
That I have a job.

Its still work. I like it but I'm not Excited. This was poorly worded.
