Compensation and awesome team members
Being productive and being able to joke around with some of my crew members makes the day go by quickly
That I have a job.
To be able to demonstrate what I know while learning and teaching the same thing, bringing good things to the company.

Its still work. I like it but I'm not Excited. This was poorly worded.
