What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to support their staff more.
Leading by example and being realistic about the hours/shifts people are working. Scheduling would have less than 6 hours between the end of a closing shift and the beginning of an opening shift.
Everything, from sastifying and addressing employee concerns and suggestions, to how things are sttructured.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't make enough and we have to tip out too much.
The company expects an EXCEPTIONAL amount from you, but are unwilling to match that effort and dedication.
Nothing is given out and management doesn't care about its employees. There are no benefits, and they don't even pay extra on holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and nice.
Everyone works very well together, while managing to do a superb job as well as have fun. With an older, more senior staff everyone pulls their weight.
Their drive and motivation to prove great quality service, as well as their ability to work at any speed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that I work with are nice.
The customers, by far are what is the most positive, exiting part of the day. As well as my coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't that hard to get a job.
I really enjoyed meeting the floor manager. During our interview we had a very casual conversation and it felt very natural talking with her. I am an anxious person by nature, so it made me feel welcomed immediately.

I don’t feel supported by management. They either have unrealistic expectations about my availability and production level or not willing or able to control and deal with the things they are r
Management should start caring for its employees and pay attention to them, as well as reform the whole organizational structure completely to make it more efficient and actually effective.
