Aligned and strong communication focused on collaboration.
They are fully involved as well as help with work
People first and very loyal
The leadership at Mckinstry understands the benefit of great communication and support for thier workers, so they go out of thier way to try to make the workers job easier and safer than thier competition. The culture here is work safe, go home safe, and Mckinstry leadership's actions show it's true

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Challenging to use health benefits
Salary and benefits are really good
Time off and good health insurance
Our medical coverage is among if not the best that can be bought anywhere else. Our coverage is more comprehensive than what state workers are even capable of recieving. The best out there!

What are some of the best things about your team?
All engaged and eduacted on their specialties
Everyone on my team has the same goal, to make Mckinstry look better than our competition, so we will continue to outclass and out bid the rest.
Very intelligent and love working with and mentoring me
We all are on the same mission and have the same vision for what we need to do

Everyone is smiling and has the freedom to work at their pace and really put their thoughts into their work
Good benefits and remote allowed
People are great and always happy to help
