I liked that I was able to meet the department prior to accepting the job offer.

I like that I work in a small department and that there's a lot of support for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the #1 psychiatric hospital in the country should pay its workers on par with other regional hospitals.
