What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is great, and I learn a lot from peers.
They really respond to the needs of the staff here
Easy to access and approach
The leadership team is very committed and tops of their fields, but sometimes there is a log jam with too many cooks spoiling the broth with so many confident, intelligent leaders in the same room.
They are easily accessible and most of them are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, compensation here is below market.
I think that the #1 psychiatric hospital in the country should pay its workers on par with other regional hospitals.

Concise and only invited to attend meetings that pertain to my job
I like that I work in a small department and that there's a lot of support for one another.

Staff is friendly and works well together

Ability to meet with other pharmacist and ask how they liked working here
