My team is very diverse and open minded. Everyone is willing to help out where needed to get the job done.

We have weekly breakfasts in the office and monthly lunches to get everyone together.

Very thorough and open to questions. They let you know exactly what would be expected of you so you get what the job entails.

What do you like best about your company?
We have a good mix of gender, race, and age among the employees. We get to see things from a perspective and thought process, which can be quite interesting.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
It would be awesome to have more team bonding events where everyone can get to know each other outside of work.
