It seeks to acquire those companies which will help it to offer its clients a full spectrum suite of services which are responsive to the growing demands faced by the sector. It also makes those acquisitions which will further strengthen its market leadership, contract profile in care and services related to high acuity care for people who want to be cared for at home.
