- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is a joke. Many of us were given verbal promotions and never compensated, then insulted with a 3% raise regardless of your rank with zero negotiation. They know the market is bd for tech right now, and they are taking advantage of it with their workers.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. Leading. Not being completely disconnected puppets of the board.
