Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is a joke. Many of us were given verbal promotions and never compensated, then insulted with a 3% raise regardless of your rank with zero negotiation. They know the market is bd for tech right now, and they are taking advantage of it with their workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. Leading. Not being completely disconnected puppets of the board.
