What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency , accessible, willing to take feedback and action it
They always put us as workers before their own personal gain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has been brought in from big box retailers and do not understand the value proposition of a co-op.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its a blend of salary plus other benefits that suit my long term nature - showing the company believes in me too
We dont have a compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Staff are bullied, mistreated and underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really effective people who know what they are doing
Floor staff are amazing and highly knowledgeable. Leadership has virtually no knowledge of products and their application in the field and often thwart the efforts of floor staff in providing members with expert advice.
We listen well and all of us love each other.

Stop hiring managers from outside the co-op.
I dont personally believe it can be fixed.
