Founders and executive leaders really care. They’re involved in day2day. Majority of them are hands-on and knowledgeabl
They care deeply about team members. They mean well, but that doesn't always translate.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Above-market pay. Extremely generous perks.
It's above market range. I'm being recruited by other companies, but none of them offer anything close to what I'm currently getting because I'm above market

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Extraordinary team and company alignment
All our teams are highly engaged and aligned. Having already established that cohesiveness worked in our favor when we all had to work remotely over the last 2 years.

My own interview experience was bumpy, but since I've started working here, the company's interview process has improved a lot

What makes you most happy at work?
Access to leadership. They actually seek people out and ask for feedback. Remarkable!
That I don't have to worry about my pay. I don't mind working long hours or as much as the company needs me because I know I'm being well compensated for the hard work and commitment.
