Overall I have had a very positive experience with mediacom. Other than the pay being a bit low, I feel secure in my position, supported by my team and superiors and that I'm a valued member of the company.

The supervisor was extremely easy going and laid back and made me feel very comfortable.

We all encourage and support each other and try to make every one feel special anday important.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The training could use a little more hands on than just being told what to expect and reading about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make just a little over minimum wage and I think after completing training and after every 3 months of good work you should get a small raise in the first couple of years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of fun days where we dress up in costumes such as 80s or 50s attire and have food just to give the employees something to look forward to. Those things make the environment fun.
