Pay for new york employees is well under the cost of living
I make just a little over minimum wage and I think after completing training and after every 3 months of good work you should get a small raise in the first couple of years.
I am way undervalued Compensation based on performance

the environment promotes cooperation and team work

We have a lot of fun days where we dress up in costumes such as 80s or 50s attire and have food just to give the employees something to look forward to. Those things make the environment fun.

Good environment, good benefits, great product.
I am pretty much on my own. I can work at a comfortable pace in checking logs. Updating and making sure we stay on air!
