What did you like most about the interview process?I felt that the questioning was tough. I felt that while they wanted right answers, but more importantly they want integrity and thoughtful considerations for problem solving.
What makes you most happy at work?The work and tasks are a challenge and thus fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?No nonsense and expectations are clear.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The newspaper business is distressed. MNG chooses to remain profitable and survive vs. pay me more and go under.
