Overworked with no clear directions on what constitutes success; low confidence in their ability to execute on their vision and goals and whether it even aligns with the way the market is moving so quickly. they put everything on the backs of overworked understaffed people

Flexible work hours, Excellent work-life balance. Enjoying the tech

I don't feel respected or listened to by the management team. I feel taken advantage of. For a company that is expanding at a fast rate and is doing so well, the amount I need to be able to live in the area I'm in isn't much more, but no one will help me. Avoid this company if you're under 40.

Inclusivity is a major virtue

less politics and manipulation; genuine leadership and collaboration and advocacy..

The adults run the show. The youth at the company get stepped on. the leadership could stop looking at the younger crowd like their being younger means its ok to pay them tens of thousands of dollars less. There's a reason millenials have to move from office to office. Mediaocean exemplifies that

To be actually compensated at even the national average would be nice, but as it stands I am paid worse than 80 percent of similar workers in my position.
