Cherish the talents you hired and make a better company culture, instead of trying so hard to rising up the stock prices of the company and get the related compensations.

Be nice and patient to communicate to others, instead of pushing off most of the works and being really mean during the conversations and explainging nothing.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Long and continuing hours up, and it took me 4 hours to finish the interview. Should be more considerate, but maybe they were just simulating the real working situations as a stress test for you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don't really know how good the company's products are, but one thing is for sure that the company paid marketing fees to KOLs to promote their products.
