My health insurance plan is reasonably priced.

Stop taking everythi away from employees and residents.

Most of all teamwork, the team I work with a very effective very great communication, loving, caring people who are there for all the right reasons

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a great attitude about everything if a task is not completed before the shift is over. The oncoming shift is happy to assist or finish the project for the offing shift.

Change the ownership company back to people to who care about more than just money.

The time, although it was a lengthy process, it felt like it took no time at all to complete
