Plan. Be efficient and effective in meetings; don’t look the other way when you see anyone being targ
Everyone is in cliques, and if you not part of it it's hard.

Require cultural sensitivity courses for 100% of Leadership including HR
People need to make the employees feel more as an assets than property

It should be standardized to some extent.

Stop discriminating against minorities. Stop looking the other way EVERYTIME it happens.
