Create a culture where the status quo can be challenged. Work environment is based on pecking order of rank and fear of making mistakes.
Valuing thier employees. Understanding that their employees cant be available all the time(e.g. weekends, late nights).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits were great. Very employee friendly.
Benefits are hard to beat. However, this is the only thing.

Teams seemed to work ok together. However, employees need to push against fear based culture.
Quite being scared of management and speak up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Would have birthday celebrations with cake/cupcakes.

Had to do too many rounds of interviews. Even had to interview with a coporate psychologist. You need to limit interviews to 3 max.
Had to talk to multiple people(several rounds) including a corporate psychologist.
