Company has no benefits, no compensation, medical aid, bonus.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was nervous but my current boss was very supportive and told me to take a deep breath and relax then we started the interview after she managed to calm my nerves, that kind gesture allowed me to work even harder when I satrted
the interaction that was very obvious and clarity of course
