What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only are they innovators & strategic business thinkers. They have empathy and take the time to truly connect with their employees. Our leadership team truly wants to be #1 in our space and works incredibly hard to bring us there.

Need to learn how to be honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only are we tied to our own performance, but many leaders & top contributors are tied to company performance as well...which puts us on the same team with the same goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay a fair and equitable wage.
Our base salary does don't account well for the amount of work we put in

Not only are the focused on exceeding their goals, they are compassionate and truly care about their business partners.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a growth company and are not shy to discuss this. Being a growth company means winning, and winning isn't easy! Business in the US is a 24/7/365 proposition. And you have to be willing to work hard to work here. Bu the people that do are jacked up when they come to work everyday!

We have a very well defined behavioral interviewing process & a talented TA team that fills our pipeline with great candidates.
