Bryan Charles Spielman — Executive Vice President at Medidata

Mr. Bryan Charles Spielman has been Executive Vice President at Medidata Solutions, Inc. since March 2, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development from September 2011 to March 2, 2016. Mr. Spielman has more than 20 years of experience. He was an Advisor to leading global technology companies. He was a Partner and Managing Director of Centerview Partners. At Centerview, his responsibilities included transaction origination and evaluation, corporate strategy, strategic positioning, as well as advising on financings, capital structure and investor communications. Previously, he held leadership roles in the technology investment banking groups at UBS Investment Bank and Bear Stearns, where he worked extensively with leading global technology companies and private-equity sponsors on a broad range of advisory and financing transactions. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at New York City Investment Fund Manager, Inc. and is focused on healthcare. Mr. Spielman holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
