I feel valued as an employee and that my work has an impact. It's rare to find that -and- be paid what you are worth. I have a supportive and encouraging manager. The benefits are also good. The only downside is being a remote employee and feeling a little distant from other coworkers.

No direct contact with C-level folks, but I base my experience off webinars I have attended.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I feel like I have a secure job that I'll stick with for at least a few years.
