Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should all be making about 10k more than we are.
Create more packages to cover up for junior workers
there should be a better compensation package in place for management and persons who have served so many years in the company

We are all kind to each other and go out of our way to help.
