Ship the containers on schedule, instead of sending it to a port and leaving it there forgotten

Archaic culture and mentality. Wish they were open to remote work but theyre calling everyone back and they are not willing to be flexible at all. No Covid precautions in the office.

they are nice people to work with and motivate one another
