The company makes promises and never delivers
What are some of the best things about your team?
The callings that I work with directly are all knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Medix finds communication to be an integral part of the way they function daily. I am in constant communication with several members of the team to ensure the client is happy as well as all of the team members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Implementing better communication strategies to promote cooperation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The standards are definitely high in the busy radiology practice that I work in. However, it never feels like you're being pushed to meet impossible demands. Everyone knows what their job entails and we all work together to make sure everything runs smoothly and without negativity or pressure!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to communicate better listen to employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not only did I feel like I was being interviewed but I also felt like I was being given an opportunity to ask questions that truly mattered to me as a potential employee. I was made to feel like I would be joining a team and not just becoming an employee identification number on the payroll.

What makes you most happy at work?
As cliché as it may sound, I find great joy in helping people. At the end of the day, no matter how trying the day may be I have a sense of purpose and I leave work feeling as though I've accomplished great things. High quality care is at the forefront of everything we do. No exceptions
