They are extremely responsive and willing to answer questions.

The leadership team responds quickly and is always willing to work together to find a solution to a problem.
The team leads are knowledgeable and encouraging. They are always available to lend an ear or help navigate a tricky situation.
Owners are open to suggestions and allow everyone to help shape the company!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid a fair wage for the location I'm in. There are commission opportunities too.

Benefits have become better recently. At least in my case, commission works to motivate employees to take more accounts and help them grow.

All of my team is willing to help each other. Although remote, we're very collaborative.

Everyone is accessible. Whatever you need, whenever you need guidance, there are people around. Also we have an internal work system that makes it efficient for both multinational and headquarter teams to work in sync.

The person who interviewed me made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all
Mine was rather short - admittedly. I've been apart of the hiring process and I feel we were thorough and diligent. There also weren't too many interviews.
