I've been with SmartSites for a little over two years now and love working with the people here - though of course remotely. Excellent support system, great coaching and solid benefits/pay. Every workplace has its issues but SmartSites at least seems aware of them.

Working with smart, motivated people will turn you into a better coach.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Responsive and always willing to help from the top down - or at least refer you to someone who can help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits have become better recently. At least in my case, commission works to motivate employees to take more accounts and help them grow.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was rather short - admittedly. I've been apart of the hiring process and I feel we were thorough and diligent. There also weren't too many interviews.
