Alinka Flaminia — General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Mellanox Technologies

Ms. Alinka Flaminia has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. since September 19, 2016 and served as its Corporate Secretary since September 19, 2016. Ms. Flaminia served as Vice President and General Counsel of Microsemi Storage Solutions, Inc. (alternate name, PMC-Sierra Inc.) from January 2007 to January 21, 2016 and as its Corporate Secretary from February 2007 to January 21, 2016. She was responsible for the legal affairs of PMC-Sierra, including securities, corporate governance and compliance, contracts, litigation, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property. She has more than 25 years of diverse legal experience. She served as Manager of Legal Affairs at Network Associates, Inc. (McAfee). Ms. Flaminia served as a Senior Counsel at Xilinx Inc. from March 2001 to 2006 where she provided legal services to the finance and corporate services, sales, marketing and human resources organizations worldwide and managed stock administration. Previously, Ms. Flaminia was employed by McAfee Inc. from December 1999 to March 2001 and also served as a Director of its Legal Affairs. From 1990 to November 1999, she was in private practice. Ms. Flaminia has a B.A. from Yale University and a Law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.
