Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if they listened to us when something isnt working. Then our ideas could be incorporated in the solution.
Health insurance is very expensive
What are some of the best things about your team?
Company meetings are usually standard. No additional information for your departmental meetings complaints companywide meetings are nonexistent other than celebrations.
We support one another and celebrate regularly.
The ability to communicate and achieve goals.
Great manager, she listens to her team. Always trying to be better.
Everyone is always at work friendly and down to earth

It's for filling to me because I can fix issues within my realm of management.

I can not think of anything but a bigger work space

Positive coworkers and assigned task Can make the day nice sometimes eating together visiting with coworkers
My co-workers care about each other.
That we are empowered and have authority to make decisions but have a team to help.

Truck driving is a very rewarding career and getting to travel everyday is one of those perks!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Planners do not research addresses or available pick up/delivery times . Causes delays and makes everyone look bad.
