MemberClicks cares! About everything! Nothing is done without thought behind it... there's a "why" for everything! I learn something new everyday not only from my job itself but from the work of other employees in other departments. We celebrate success any chance we get!

Leadership at MemberClicks is thoughtful, genuine, and the most supportive. They want to see their teams grow and be successful. They want the company to be successful. There is very little that leadership isn't willing to do for the good of the company and our customers.

The wellness benefit. We are provided with 4 options to choose from, ranging from yoga to cross-fit. Not having to budget for this personally is a huge benefit and having the accountability to stay active with co workers makes for a great way to build stronger friendships across the team.

My team is all for Clickers. We work to make operations better and faster so that our coworkers can serve our customers better. We want the Clicker experience to be top of the line and we all work together intentionally and diligently to give every employee the best experience at MemberClicks.

Taking it personally! Not only does each employee take their work personally in terms of treating customers like family, but among the office spaces and across teams we truly care about each other. We celebrate success and achievements in life and lend a hand when someone is in need.

It was thoughtful! Not only did MemberClicks want to make a good decision for the company but I felt that they really cared about my career as well. The intention behind each conversation made me confident that this place is devoted to hiring the best of the best.
