I initially was really excited to be a part of this company when it proclaimed to be radically inclusive. However, I learned over time that it was just a line they sold and in fact the company is not inclusive, especially when it comes to it's leadership.

Talented, smart, funny, open minded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry standard for wages is not being met in most positions in the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company culture feels bad overall. If you aren't in a specific group of people in the inner circle, you really don't get a say or matter to those that can make important decisions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The CEO needs to stop and let people who know more than him make decisions. Meow Wolf has pushed out so many educated, capable people based on their poor leadership and unwillingness to hear negative feedback without "bringing down the vibe".
