What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match and stocks as rsu
They pay all insurance premiums for employees. It's always evolving/improving based on employee feedback. They are always trying to improve and go above and beyond.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they don't pay enough wages
The pay rate increased to what I'm making now as a 5yr associate.

Team oriented and people want to help

Everyone gets along very well

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage time off to refresh and provide all sorts of wellness benefits for physical AND mental health.
The collaboration and the flexibility

Straight forward and open. Good balance of peers and leaders.
