Lack of communication systemically and the culture has deteriorated significantly since the merger. It used to be a great place to work and feel like you were part of something bigger.
Weekend diferencial and shift diferantal would be great, it's done at some facilitys so it should be on all locations

Many patients are upset because we don't have a male physician. When we don't have a provider or is late we have to cover the situation
