What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Seeing the actual workers and asking what could be changed. There are many procedures currently causing excess stress that could very easily be solved increasing productivity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have trained students who then get a job at another hospital making $3+ more an hour straight out of college then I do with years of experience
Lack of communication systemically and the culture has deteriorated significantly since the merger. It used to be a great place to work and feel like you were part of something bigger.
Weekend diferencial and shift diferantal would be great, it's done at some facilitys so it should be on all locations
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are the only reason I still work here
better communications among workers all around
