It is a great company to work for, if you can get past the initial test. The employees are warm and friendly, so are the executives. The job falters when it comes to having to deal with irrate customers over the phone and the weird shifts (mine was from 1pm to 9pm- which was my entire day.)

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast between taking the admission test, until receiving the phone call for an interview. The Interviewer was nice and knowledgable.
