What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are transparent as to the state of the business as much as they can - but also read between the lines to really understand what is coming - ie lay offs
Ambitious growth plans and shared strategic initiatives for the direction the company is going and what milestones of success to strive for and be held accountable to.
My immediate Supervisor is someone I can ask questions.
They were understanding and had open communication.

The Relationship Directors should not be working remotely all the time. They should know more of what is going on at the facility.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay me more and stop pushing off or cancelling merit cycles and promotions
Put into place Merkles PTO policy worldwide and fairness for all employees. Not just regionally
I am definitely underpaid and have proof points.
I get paid less than my white peers and the same as someone who has 15 years less experience as me.
We are completing first shift and second shift work without being compensated for it. We are rarely even given a thank you
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice people, and quite competent
They are intelligent and some of the best.
Strategic and driven meetings make client work exciting and each group works to contribute meaningful work that drives client success.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
some of the coworkers and the events and gym

What did you like most about the interview process?
it was fast and my interviewer was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable
It was fast between taking the admission test, until receiving the phone call for an interview. The Interviewer was nice and knowledgable.
Very laid back, no wrong answers type of feeling.

we can be treated fairly and stop being publicly humiliated for mistakes. We can be compensated correctly for the work we do
