Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hostile work enviroment. Poor judment
I was getting paid 8.00 with a cosmetology license, and was only getting 20% commission on service and never got paid for selling products because the owner told me I have to sell 65.00 at first and now 70.00 per hour to get paid commission
