Hostile work enviroment. Poor judment
I was getting paid 8.00 with a cosmetology license, and was only getting 20% commission on service and never got paid for selling products because the owner told me I have to sell 65.00 at first and now 70.00 per hour to get paid commission
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Keep the studio clean everyday

The owner would need to learn how to talk to employees and customers
New management. Someone who cares and speaks kindly to employees
