Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You pay people more that walk in the door than your employees that have proven themselves. You try and call moving from a stsrter job in the shop to a very important job a lateral move so you dont have to pay more. You are all very disconnected from reality in these shops
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody gets along We all talk Monty each other, but we all do our job. Every day we make millions of dollars for Mersen.
Very caring. Great team to work with. Work well together and get things done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Spacious airy and well lit offices. Nice and clean. Great amenities
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Some individuals in Management Team have nit enough experience to manage their scope, therefore they thrive in the organization purely thanks to 2 factors: 1- they keep the position thanks to politics and connections, 2- they live at cost of others and their valuable work. Hard to trust such leader

Satisfactorily completing jobs and deadlines. Satisfaction from management and colleagues and knowing my work contributes to the overall business process.
