What does the leadership team need to get better at?
*blushes* they sexually abuse me
It would be great if management was available. The higher-ups provide ways for the employees to contact them but fail to reply to any emails, Skype messages, and sometimes text messages. There should also be more opportunities for advancement once a person has been with the company for a few years.
